A lady who accused Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, of coercing and raping his maid, has been arrested and detained by court.
On September 23, when photos of Paul’swife, Ifeoma, was shared on X as she celebrated her 25th birthday, an X user then left a comment under a post, claiming that the singer cheated on his former wife, Anita, with their maid.
Reacting to the said comment, @chubbiediva alleged that Paul r@ped and also coerced the maid. She further alleged that the singer sent his wife and sister in-law out of the house after he was caught.
Some Nigerians saw the tweet and called the attention of the singer to the allegations. Paul, at the time vowed to do everything within his power to ensure the X user faces the law.
He has now made good his threats by dragging her to court.
An X user, @salako who pushed for the singer to ensure the X user faced the law, gave an update on his X handle this afternoon. According to the X user, the accuser fled the country after making the claim but was eventually arrested on November 6 and will be charged to court soon.
