Tambuwal says ADC nott agenda of north

Former Governor of Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has rubbished the belief that the African Democratic Congress, ADC-led coalition is the agenda of northern politicians and establishment.

Tambuwal said the above when he appeared on ‘Politics Today’, a programme on Channels Television, nothing that the opposition front is a wide national coalition.

“Is Peter Obi from Northern Nigeria? Is Aregbesola not from Osun State? What are you telling me? Are they not all part of the coalition,” asked Tambuwal

The serving Sokoto South senator said it was imperative for there to be a change of government through constitutional and democratic means on May 29, 2027.

He further said that the President Bola Tinubu administration has not been able to meet the expectations of Nigerians.

“It is not cast in stone that he may not lose in 2027. Every effort being made to make it if he is invisible — that Bola Tinubu cannot be defeated — is rubbish,” he said.
