An unidentified man has been electrocuted in Abia State, while trying to vandalize a transformer.
The man’s lifeless body was found dangling from the transformer at N0. 40 Omuma Road on Tuesday.
According to eyewitnesses, the deceased had climbed the transformer in the night to steal high-tension electricity cables but but met his end instantly.
The shocking incident drew the attention of passersby and residents who gathered at the scene.
