Arsenal head to San Siro chasing history as they look to secure a seventh consecutive Champions League victory, something the club has never achieved before.
Mikel Arteta’s side have been flawless in the league phase so far, winning all six matches, scoring freely and conceding just three goals in their last ten outings.

Their dominance has given them a three-point cushion at the summit but standing in their way are last season’s runners-up Inter Milan, who sit sixth and trail by six points.
Inter inflicted Arsenal’s last defeat in the competition at San Siro last season, and Simone Inzaghi’s men are desperate to avoid a third straight loss in Europe for the first time in their history.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are not only chasing a new club record but also aiming to end a barren run in Italy. The Gunners have failed to win away to an Italian side in their last five Champions League games, losing four of them since March 2008 and scoring just once during that stretch.

Victory in Milan would break that hoodoo and bring up Arsenal’s 400th goal in European Cup history.
Much of the spotlight will fall on Gabriel Martinelli, who has already set a club record by scoring in five consecutive Champions League appearances.
Another goal on Tuesday would not only extend his streak but also make him the first Brazilian to score in six straight games in the competition’s history.
