Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has revealed some of the secrets behind his extraordinary goal-scoring form, citing flexibility, raw milk, and steak as key components of his daily routine.
The 25-year-old Norwegian has netted an astonishing 24 goals in just 14 appearances for club and country this season, scoring in each of his last 12 matches.
In the debut video on his newly launched YouTube channel, @erling, Haaland offers fans a behind-the-scenes look at a typical day in his life.
The 27-minute film follows him from breakfast preparation to physiotherapy, training at the City Football Academy, and winding down with a home-cooked dinner.
“I have naturally good flexibility in my groin and hips, which is so important to keep,’ Haaland explained while receiving massage treatment. ‘You need to have good mobility or flexibility to score these crazy goals. This is really important.”
The video also shows Haaland stopping by a local farm shop to pick up raw milk and several cuts of steak—ingredients he later prepares with evident enthusiasm. The channel, which is a personal project independent of Manchester City, aims to showcase Haaland’s lifestyle, training habits, and interests beyond football.
“People always see the matches, the goals, the celebrations, but not the hours that go into being ready for all of that,’ he said. ‘It’s a bit of who I am away from the pitch, and I hope people enjoy seeing that side.”
