Tonye Cole, the 2023 gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State, has said Siminalaye Fubara will be without authority when he resumes offices as governor.
Cole said this statement on Wednesday, when he appeared as a guest in an interview on ‘The Morning Brief’, a programme on Channels Television.
According to him, Fubara would find himself in a difficult situation when the emergency rule in the state is lefted,
The APC chieftain further stated that Fubara would not be able to make any decision as a governor without interference.
“Rivers, a critical state in Nigeria, had a governor who would not be able to exercise his full authority as an elected leader,” he lamented.
