Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes had a second-half penalty saved as Ruben Amorim’s team slumped to a Premier League loss at Brentford.

Fernandes was given the opportunity to equalise when Brentford skipper Nathan Collins dragged former Brentford strikér Bryan Mbeumo back inside the area.
After a delay of almost five minutes, which included a video assistant referee red card check against Collins and Brentford making two substitutions, Fernandes’ low shot was pushed by Caoimhin Kelleher.
Brentford finished it up deep in stoppage time when Mathias Jensen hit a high shot past Man United goalkeeper Altay Bayindir from the edge of the area.
Man United have failed to win two successive league games under Amorim, and has collected a poor 34 points from 33 league games.
