Wale Edun has dropped out of the trip.
In a statement on Sunday, , special adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on information and strategy, Bayo Onanuga, stated that Edun, who is also the coordinating minister of the economy, is down with sickness.
The Nigerian team will comprise Doris Uzoka-Anite, the minister of state for finance, alongside others, at the meeting, which starts on Monday, according to Onanuga.
He added that the World Bank said the annual meeting will feature key elements such as the development committee plenary session on October 16 and the international monetary and financial committee meetings on October 17.
