Days after Dangote Refinery reduced the ex-depot price of a litre of Premium Motor Spirit, fondly called petrol, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has followed suit, cutting the pump price of fuel at its outlets JESNews reports.
JESNews correspondent in the Federal Capital Territory, confirmed that NNPCL retail outlets in the city have lowered their pump price to N890 per litre from N945.
This new price of fuel has been effected in NNPCL retail outlets in Danziyal Plaza, Central Area, Wuse Zone 4, Wuse Zone 6, and other retail outlets in the nation’s capital.
The review of fuel price in NNPCL outlets is a N55 reduction in fuel pump price.
NNPCL’s direct competitor for the market space, Dangote Refinery, sells its ex-depot petrol price adjustment at N820 per litre.
