The Court of Appeal in Abuja will today deliver judgment on the consolidated appeals arising from the National Elective Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which was held on November 15 and 16, 2022.
There are nine appeals challenging the validity of the Ibadan convention.
Already, some PDP leaders from both sides are in court, including PDP chairman, Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, and factional chairman, Abdulrahman Mohammed.
The National Secretary of the Mohammed-led National Working Committee, Samuel Anyanwu, was seen exchanging pleasantries with Turaki.
