The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, has vowed that the All Progressives Congress (APC), will return to power in Osun State in 2026.
Oyetola gave the assurance during a special prayer session organised to mark his 71st birthday in Iragbiji on Monday.
The former Osun State governor commended members of the APC in the state for their loyalty, unity and dedication to the progress of the party.
“We are committed and fully prepared to return our great party, the APC, to government in Osun come 2026,” Oyetola said.
He also expressed delight at the peace and cohesion within the ranks of the party, describing it as a major strength that would aid its return to power.
“Your unwavering commitment to the unity, oneness and progress of the party keeps us going and strengthens our collective resolve,” he stated.
Oyetola urged leaders and members of the APC across the state to remain steadfast and focused as the party prepares for the next election cycle.
