Nigerian forward , Victor Osimhen, provided an assist as Galatasaray triumphed over Liverpool 1-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 fixture at the RAMs Park in Instabul.
A header by Osimhen was p poked into the net by Mario Lemina in the seventh minute.
Osimhen had a good showing and thought he had netted a goal of his own in the 63rd minute but his effort was disallowed for offside.

The former Napoli star has scored seven goals, and three assists in nine appearances in Europe’s top flight club competition this season.
On their part, Liverpool would be feeling undone after having a goal of their own disallowed for handball in the second half.
The return fixture to determine which of these teams qualify for the quarterfinals hold next week Wednesday at Anfield, with Osimhen eyeing a place in the next round and sustain his quest to win the Champions League for the very first time in his career.
