Nigerian actress, Annie Idibia, has caused mouth wagging after quietly reverting to the “Idibia”, her estranged husband’s surname.
Annie made the change to her bio on Instagram amid the ongoing marital drama between 2Face and his new wife, Natasha Osawaru.
Annie’s name changed and the timing has stirred curiosity among Nigerians who have been curiously following the events surrounding Annie, 2Face and Osawaru.
This occurred after a video showed 2Face being arrested and handcuffed in London for engaging in a heated altercation with Natasha.
Another incident erupted shortly after the viral clip, when 2Face was assaulted during Daddy Freeze’s Instagram livestream.
Before the stream ended abruptly, the singer was heard asking Natasha, “What is your problem?”, just seconds before she grabbed the phone from him.
Annie changed to her maiden name in March this year, a few weeks after her husband, 2Face Idibia, announced their separation, and made his new relationship with the Edo lawmaker, Osawaru public.
2Face and Osawaru recently welcomed a baby boy together.
