D’Tigers have maintained their winning run at the 2025 Men’s AfroBasket, after posting a convincing 87-66 win over defending champions Tunisia on Friday.
The Nigerian male.team romped to a 10-0 lead and closed the first quarter 29-16.
They sustained the momentum in the second quarter, further widening the gap 48-33.
Tunisia tried to mount a fight back in the third quarter but Nigeria kept them at bay, with a 68-47 lead
The demolition job was completed by D’Tigers in the fourth quarter to win 87-66.
Nigeria tackle Cameroon in their last group game on Sunday.
